Customer Support Widget – BETA
This page contains a customer support widget in the lower right hand corner. This widget is currently in beta version and for testing purposes only.
To use the support widget Click on the Ask Anything button to get started.
Once the Chat window opens, click on the phone icon to chat with the AI agent or type a message to get started. You can speak to the agent or type in text. The agent recognizes both and will give your response back in voice.
You can send messages or ask questions like:
“I’d like to get the status of an order.”
“Can you help me find the tracking number of an order?”
” Can you let me know when an order will ship?”
“I live in Nevada, do you have a distributor near me?
“I need information on your products?”
“What does your company do?”
“how can I purchase your products?”
